The project team combined innovative technology with bespoke design elements to enhance the lift experience. They crafted the Main Car Operating Panels (COPs) using 2.5mm thick stainless steel, powder-coated in Black Ace by Dulux for a sleek and stylish finish.

At the core of the upgrade, they integrated the Dewhurst US1 15.6″ fully programmable Full HD touchscreen, protected by the toughened glass for extra durability. For a modern and responsive interface, they installed the Dewhurst C1L-10.4″ LCD, EN-PAD keypad, and US95 push buttons.

As for the lift interiors, the team opted for stainless steel finishes, also coated in Black Ace, maintaining a clean and contemporary look. Custom faux leather wall panels that matched the luxurious lobby style and satin brass tube handrails added a timeless, elegant touch.

The modernisation project successfully transformed the lifts at Hedges Gold Coast into a blend of functionality and luxury. Advanced technologies, such as the programmable touchscreen and high-contrast displays, improved the overall user experience while ensuring long-term operational efficiency. The design elements, including the custom faux leather panels and brass handrails, provided a sophisticated look that matched the elegance of the interior.
